Har bl.a. arbejdet med informationsteknologiske- og kommunikative processer, metoder til forskningsevaluering og kvalitetsstyring i universitetsmiljøer samt nyttiggørelse af forskningsresulteter i SMV’er.

I hold a Master of Science in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU). Following a brief role at DEFU (the Danish Utilities’ Research Department), I joined IBM, where I built a 35-year career in various leadership positions, concluding as a Delivery Project Executive (DPE).

In this role, I was responsible for managing major client accounts, ensuring successful revenue delivery, and overseeing contract execution. As DPE, I served as the primary interface between clients and internal service teams, ensuring alignment, performance, and long-term value creation.

AUDITOR

Amer Ramzan is the Managing Partner at Promentum where he collaborates with technology companies to drive sustainable growth and long-term value.

Amer has worked with McKinsey, KPMG, and Accenture, advising on strategy, technology, and business development across diverse industries. He later founded a consultancy specializing in technology-focused businesses, helping them navigate growth and transformation.

Thomas Riis Dich is Client Director at ArthaScope.

Since 2006, Thomas has worked in the financial sector with a focus on asset management and investment advisory services.

Thomas began his career at Nordea and, from 2017 to 2022, served as an advisor to several of Nykredit’s largest investment clients.

Michael Knie-Andersen holds a MSc in Economics, an MBA, and a PhD, and has more than 25 years of professional experience, roughly half of which has been at executive level within finance, IT and business services.

He has worked with both commercial and non-profit activities and is currently an associate partner in the Nordics for a foreign private equity fund. In addition, he serves as assistant governor, vice president, and former president in Rotary.

Bjoern Zebitz is Chairman in EnviraBoard Ltd.

Hi is an experienced senior executive in international building materials production and sales. Board member in various companies within product and property development, and holds more than 30 years of MD experience in the building industry and recycling business.

In Rotary he is Past District Governor for D 1470 and Major Donor.
